The clips are a seperate DLC. You need to search for the steam ID and just swap it.

It should be working with 1542501

btw, how do i register steam://install? my cmd says cant fine the command

You need the base game first.
Either you buy it per Steam product key or somehow via Steam directly.
Then you can install the free DLC's.

You dont need to open the CMD.

Your Windows key + R should be opening the "RUN-Box"
copy and paste the wanted Steam ID there and then execute it

hello wanted to ask you if there is a workaround for r18, cause in germany all dlc's are banned and the command doesn't seem to work even
