Can the developers provide some clues on how to get these achievements?
Or at least confirm that they are not bugged?

sorry but it was some project some students made 2 years ago and now its dead
so well never find out

There was a discord on itch.io from the devs, I think. I don't know if it's still available, I think only the devs could tell us. Likely broken though
