In the store page video, there is a timer in the upper-left corner of the screen. Are the missions time-limited or is that timer used only for the online rankings?

i was given a key for thsi game to make content with, and have just downloaded it but no windowed mode. I'm not able to livestream on full screen. alt enter works but still there is no options to set the window size so, it's the same thing...
