When are we getting full vestiges back for NG+?
Why do we have to suffer because of some quirky dumb gauntlet gamemode idea they decided would be PERFECT for ng+?

I want harder bosses, harder enemies.
I do not want my freedom of fast travel to be progressively locked until it disappears in ng+3

This kinda kills my motivation for ng+ing forever. like I did in elden ring and DS3.

god this sucks.

"instead of removing all vestiges (as it does currently),
NG+1 will only see a few disappear while keeping the key locations intact.

In NG+2, a few more will disappear, and then in NG+3 all but the main HUB (Skyrest Bridge) and Adyr's Shrine vestige will disappear.

This way, our initial vision remains intact but is more of a gradual adaptation, awaiting those who seek increasing levels of challenge."

Well their vision for it is going to be one of the many reasons people quit replaying this game.

I have beaten every dark souls with both endings on the first and all endings on the third and elden ring. I have never once played NG+ in any of these, but I might in this game once I beat it.

Pretty much. I could do with the extra challenge of NG+, but I refuse to do the extra tedium of no vestiges.

You can restart ng+0 as much as you want and replay it over and over. Just because ng+1 provides a bit more differences, it clearly not a game breaking type of differences.

I agree 100% that Increased challenge would be fun, but I still haven't started NG+1 simply because I loathe the Idea of not having fast travel.

Removing vestiges doesn't increase the challenge, all it does is make the game more boring and tedious.

I agree with you... I don't understand why they always decide to lower the difficulty when the number of people who complain about it is very few.

I excpect that when NG+ modifiers are added to the game, one of them would be to retain all vestiges.

NG+1 as it stand currently is quite manageable. They have removed few major vestiges but most of the crucial ones are still there. I think only one permanent vestige was pain there.

Agreed. Removing vestiges does not add to the challenge, its just tedium.

Impossible to say from memory, you have to check online to see if anyone compiled the list for NG+1 and onward.

However, as a general rule, you can expect that any area will have at least 1 permanent vestige. Additionally, if the area is a continuation from previous areas rather than starting from a hub, you can expect permanent vestige.

There are few memorable vestiges I recall that are still present in NG+1:
1. Upper Calrath - past Skinstealer boss, in front of gates to Bramis castle
2. Lydia the Witch - Calrath
3. Vestige in front of entrance to Fief
4. Shrine of Adyr
5. Bramis castle open area - with several shortcuts to move around
6. Vestige inside the Fen area - near shorcut
7. Vestige at the start of Empyrean
8. Red Copse vestige (not 100% sure)
