They also added HP to Lightreaper, which I think is absolutely not necessary as he is one of the more difficult bosses, if not the most difficult one, in the game. His fire phase towards the end, ie. under 30% HP or so, is very hectic and now it will last longer.
Sundered Monarch increased HP and damage buff, which again I think is not necessary after his overhaul in previous patch.
I dislike just adding HP or damage increase to bosses because it is lazy way to make them more of a challenge. This type of buffing is just boring gear check. It does not make bosses more interesting to fight or truly more challenging as that is done via complex move set, aggression and opponent's maneuverability.
Because apparently boosted stats is what goes this days as hard.I guess
Spells need a 30% nerf across everything.
Statuses need 40% less buildup
For example trash enemy's in the game hit like a truck and can take 1/2 your Hitpoints then a boss hits you and takes 25%
"BY POPULAR DEMAND, we've finalized a complete overhaul to all bosses in the game. It was clear (both from your feedback and our internal findings) that MANY BOSSES SIMPLY WEREN'T POSSING ENOUGH OF A CHALLENGE, SO WE HAVE TO REBALANCE SOME OF THEIR BEHAVIOR, AS WELL AS THEIR HIT POINTS AND DAMAGE OUTPUT, to ensure they pose the correct level of difficulty at that point in your journey. Please find further details below."
Selective reading is a trend these days.
