Mother Lull?
i enter the mother lull for the first time but couldn't do nothing. do i have to talk to a NPC?

On the right side is a creature. They will give you something. You need this item to start the umbral ending

ok i got it then what just go and finish the game?

If you cleansed any beacons already you're locked into the radiance ending for this playthrough. For umbral you need to not cleanse any, and follow a series of steps visiting that mothers lull npc. You have to finish those steps before you use the rune of adyr to open the door to the last zone, or you'll be locked out of the ending.

Also this is where you find Dunmire if you work his quest through to the end. It is hilarious when you meet him in Mothers Lull. Then you can get his gear too.
