So what gives with the 'feminine' boss armours?
This has been bugging me for a while (and please no going on about Type A and Type B, it's not relevant and using it here would just be confusing.) What's going on with the armour of the female bosses like Dervla and Judge Cleric? When you encounter them, their armour is very clearly sculpted to show a female shape, i.e. the shape of the breastplate. But if you get the armour from their Remembrance it's just slim-fitting androgynous armour.

I know some people don't like that sort of armour design, and that's all well and good, but I'm confused as to why the devs would have it on the boss, but not on the player when they wear the same set. I'm sort of hoping it's some kind of display bug.

Probably saving on asset work given how many armours there are in game.

Is your character female?

I would prefer if some of the armors looked more type B when you wore them. It's not a huge issue though.

Type B?

Well, yes, obviously. It's admittedly another oddity in games when metal armour magically changes shape depending on who's wearing it, but it's more the disparity between the appearance on the boss and on a character of the same gender that I find strange.

No no, you're right, see that a patch just launched you could suggest that to Saul i've seen he is very active in the comment section.

they should make the bosses look more like the armor variant honestly. armor needs to be bulky

I would prefer if the armors didn't clip with my character cause I chose type B...

2023, same as with Elden Ring 2022. Can't offend the 0,001%

What don't you understand? Type A/B is standard in games now.

They should've went with the based route Demon's Souls did and just made armours male Type A or female Type B exclusive.

Unless you play with the character facing the screen, it's not going to matter. Just go for light armors if you want eye candy in these sort of games...
At least they didn't make bikini armor?
