Dunmire seems bugged

So went for this particular quest, talked to him in sunless skien and then moved to the depths where he is supposed to be according to everything I found but only thing there was his ring and rosary and now I can't get his armor, weapon, catalyst.

im encountering the same problem rn--only got his accessories but not his whole set. no achievement triggers too even though the questline's done since his body is nowhere to be found

you have to speak to him in the umbral realm in the mothers lull first then after exhausting his dialog you will find it in the mines
