finding stomud, captain of the fidelis

so i rushed to find him in ng+ but hes not selling orius judgement(radiance spell) or is there something else im supose to do first to unlock that spell?

He will only sell it when he reaches a late game area, he doesn't sell it in the hub.

i've found him just before hallowed sisters but hes still not selling it

he only sells it when hes in the abbey on the balcony near the big tree. BUT if you do what i did and went too far he disappears and you cannot get the spell ever again

He sells it in his next location after this area IIRC.
