How to Change Windowed Resolution to 2560x1440?
Is there a command or something to change the windowed Resolution to like 2560x1440? Or an ini File? In game it only shows like 2048x1152 as Max when I switch to windowed.

I also tried to use the Launch Options Command -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080 but it does not work.

Thanks in advance
Rob

I'm having similar issues. I have a 5120x1440 monitor and would rather run in 2560x1440 and can't seem to get it to run in anything by the native aspect ratio! I tried editing the config file like I did for remnant 2 and it just ignored I made any changes.

Yeah same over here with my 32:9. Hope for a workaround soon.

I managed to get a solid 60 by adjusting some settings down and limiting it to 60, but I know I could get better performance from a lower resolution and higher settings.

I'm sure they just didn't considering the 32:9 ratio, few developers do since it's weird, and I don't think ue5 likes it very much anyway since Remnant 2 gained like 30 fps just switching to a normal ultra wide resolution windowed (I don't have the greatest GPU, but it's still a 6900xt).

I'm just curious why the old "overwrite the config file" isn't working.

No I think the 5120x1440 Resolution works fine in LotF but yeah it is a performance thing and I love playing Souls Games while watching a lets Play or something. So I often play those games windowed on one half of my Monitor and the other half is a Stream.

In LotF I only have tha choice between fullscreen or a very small windowed mode.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ I found something. You can just enlarge the Window by pulling it at the edges like you can enlarge every other window in Windows and the resolution adjusts automaticaly but dont be surprised after that the resolution of the objects is also much higher and u have to turn that down manually to get a good performance. Its the slider below screen resolution

Interesting, I can't get it to let me select anything other than full screen. I alt enter to try to put it in windowed mode and it is full screen, but some silly small resolution (full screen windowed, perhaps).

Ni I use windowed mode from the ingame settings and than I was able to enlarge the window.

Weird, for some reason I can't select anything but fullscreen, the arrows are grayed out for the selection menu. Wonder if it's a GPU thing. I have a 6900xt.

I have the same GPU. Thats really strange. Maybe you can repair the files of the game?

I had the Same issue with another game called Hell Let Loose and after I repaired the Files or just reset the Settings to default I could use the Arrows for Resolution again.

I've tried repairing. I'll try resetting settings somehow. It's been this way since install. I'm running windows 11, too. I may try setting compatibility to Windows 8 to see if that fixes it. Thanks!

A work around for changing to a lower resolution is to set your resolution in Windows Display settings first - but if you've got HDR enabled then the game will force native resolution and you wont be able to select anything but fullscreen.

And to avoid the image being stretched when running in a lower display resolution you should configure your graphics card driver to maintain aspect ratio - for NVIDIA cards go to NVIDA Control panel - Adjust desktop size and position - set the scaling model to "Aspect ratio"

maybe look in nvidia controll panel. install drivers for the screen

I'm dumb and didn't put 2 and 2 together that HDR would override window selection.

Thanks for that, can now select windowed. Still can't get the exact resolution in game, but powertoys let's me just setup a fancyzone that I can snap the window to and it works well.

Thanks! Feel dumb for not realizing that's how HDR works when you force it on.
