Multiplayer fix?

Anyone know why i can't join anyone? I'm trying to play with my friend, and he can join randoms, can join me, but i can't join anyone, even him? it's just stuck at 1/10 loading bar for me and after a minute or two i get disconnected

I play on steam deck and cannot get multiplayer to work. Stuck forever searching. Only game I have an issue with is LOTF. This game could have been so much more, smh

I've had no issue playing online since the latest update, but before there was one instance, which turned out just to be a maintenence window. I've palyed online earlier like half an hour ago, with no issues.

Do you have crossplay on ? Try disableing it.
Restart your system and also tell your friend.
log in and out through the settings or the vestiges.

Same thing happened to my friend earlier today. We had been able to play together a couple days in a row prior to this. I'm able to freely operate online in multiplayer, but he can't connect/log in. I joined his game and I was lagging horribly and rubber banding everywhere. Then I got disconnected and he said he couldn't log into multiplayer anymore. He Tried restarting his computer, turning the multiplayer settings in game on/off, verifying steam files, and even tried to join me, but he couldn't seem to log into multiplayer.

I'm assuming it's on the games end, not sure whats going on.

for me it worked when i didnt use the join on steam invite. I used the Lobby-passcode with my friend and it worked we can play together again.
