How do i do it on keyboard the tutorial says "" + Left Click. Whats supposed to be together with left click?

Block and light attack.

Assign your block to right mouse click, assign your heavy attack to mouse 4 or 5, assign sprint to shift. Now press left+right click mouse at the same tine to Kick.

ok, now i get it. I assigned block to a special mouse button therfore the tutorial messed up. Thanks guys!
