I cannot get the Pilgrims Perch key. Is the captain gone forever?

He disappeared a while ago, but now I need his key that he sells. Does anywhere know where he goes? Can I progress still?

He drops the key if he's not at skyrest anymore. Thanks to that i have 2 pilgrim keys

That's good to know but where does he drop it? I'm trying to knock out the beacon behind the bell door but I need to key to get in there.

I just saw a yellow light at skyrest, i dont remember where but its probably really close to where he was. skyrest isnt big just walk around

I'll take a look but I searched everywhere for him and didn't see any lights. I hope my game didnt bug, that would be 25 hours wasted just to not complete.
