I didn't realize you only get one chance to buy the items off of damarose before she disappears and I didn't get the spell. I wanna cleanse the beacons but I'd like to meet her and get the rest of her stuff before hand, but idk what I'd be messing up or if it's even worth it at that point.

So you cleansed a beacon and lost access to that spell permanently? That sucks. She does show up later in other levels for me, but that might be because I've been going for the bad ending.

Yes you can cleanse them later (or never). One vendor will go away if you do start cleansing.
A lot of spells and some items are VERY easy to miss in this game, given they are on quest npcs that move or go away if you don´t do their stuff.

Nah not yet, she just left before I bought the spell. I haven't cleansed yet, I'm gonna wait as late as I can without messing up anything now I guess lol.

If you get to the big bridge and do the umbral puzzle, you eventually get to a cave with her in it. Thats if you already talked to her at the crossroads before the first crossbowman in the next area past the swamp, otherwise you can buy from her then.
