Radiant and Inferno stats for a min/max str or dex build

I'm thinking Demon Souls when you had to put your faith and/or magic at certain level to get the minimal stats in order to cast a buff, my initial stats for radiant and inferno as the wolfy guy are 8/8, either of them require you to get them to 12, is it worth for any spell on either radiant/inferno?

Yeah, but I'm running a str build, I'm not planning to get my radiant or inferno really high, I'm thinking meta build wise, if getting them to a minimal point will be worth for a particular spell on either for a str build, I won't be a caster.

Just get a healing spell or something. Dunmire sells one in Skyrest bridge.

I'm going atm for Radiant Pulverizer 20/str 25/Rad for big bonk hammer. Only planning to get heals, radiant weapon for the casting side. Making pally build with STR/RAD.
