Sunless skein area bug/lantern bug

So made it to the sunless skein area and now my lantern crashes my game when i soulflay or use it to traverse the environment. Whenever i do the animation when my character whips the lantern back the game crashes. Unsure if its an issue with update to version 193 or if its been in the game the whole time? Anyone have the same issue

Never had the issue before but in the area I now have two things so far that crash the game out. one was a traversal piece at the bottom of the elevator and the other is one of the things where you flay it to get an item (usually amulet/ring). no matter how many times i reload it crashes when attempting to do it. so you aren't alone but i don't know how old the issue is - playing on PS5
