Tortured prisoner bugged?????

Did the thing to free tortured prisoner and all that, went to rest and reset area and the cell she was in is still closed, no loot in it. She did move up to where Piota boss was but i cant actually talk to her, she just stands there mumbling and im unable to access the merchant part of her. anyone else have this problem? or am i missing something to enable me to talk to her?

*Fixed it*
Resting at vestige did not work, warping to another place and back did not work. But then i just closed down the game completely and started it back up and it fixed it for me. I was able to loot the cell and can now talk to her.

Had exactly the same bug, restarted the game and it reopened outside the cell open and the head cage available. Thanks for the tip ;)

For anyone else with this bug, the easy fix is when you hand her the item in the cell just quit to main menu and come back in, she will be gone, the cell open and the helmet ready to collect. you need to rest at the vestige and then all OK

Thanks, worked for me and got her head gear, but where has she gone, I can't find her anywhere in Skyrest?
