I play at 4k60 but the performance is inconsistant. Sometimes I have no stutters at all and the game runs at a stable 60fps and sometimes the stutters are everywhere and unbearable if you ask me. Especially the hub area is poorly optimized. This games performance is all over the place.
If you have issues with performance be sure you have ALL drivers updated. Not just the GPU, but the motherboard as well.

I have everything set at ultra. Set to fullscreen as windowed fullscreen seems to take a performance hit. Capped frame rate to 60 and turned vsync on. DLSS set to balanced, motion blur and film grain off.
I get stable 60 fps with very rare dips to mid 50's. With DLSS at quality I had rare dips into the high 40's, but it was still very much a stable 60. Run's smooth as silk with zero stutter.
Lords of the Fallen has the most detailed geometry I've ever seen in a game, so I am quite happy with this performance.
