Turn off Vsync?
After the patch, i can no longer turn off Vsync. Anyone have an idea how to do it?

I want to know this as well. I have a g-sync monitor and I force vsync on through nvidia control panel.

I can't play with in-game vsync, its noticeably more input lag and stutter now.
Don't force settings on me to try and cater to luddites with garbage computers, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

There is a way to force it off. So, the reason you can't turn off Vsync is because even they removed the option for it, the game still thinks that frame generation is still active.
Go to your user folder and navigate here: AppData\Local\LOTF2\Saved\Config\Windows.
There's an .ini file there called gameusersettings. Open it and at the top, change frame generation to False and save the file. Boot up the game and you SHOULD be able to turn off vsync. It worked for me.
Turning off vsync in the file itself doesn't work by the way. First thing i tried before i found this workaround.

Hope it helps!

I had the same issues and found the same workaround as Zerfyx when troubleshooting it myself. I can confirm that doing exactly that will solve the issue.

For me, resetting everything to default, moving the slider to window fullscreen unlocked several options including vsync and reflex. Then I moved it to fullscreen, vsync OFF, reflex on+boost, then saved the changes!

Not working.
DLSSFrameGenerationEnabled=False is already in the file since patch.

The only way to turn off v-sync ingame is through nvidia control panel.
Which is bad because this means g-sync does not work ingame.

Incorrect. After the patch they made it even easier. just add "-DLSSFG" as a launch command to the game and reenable the old menu, which will allow you to turn off vsync on your own.

Incorrect. You are talking about something else.

In Nvidia control panel v-sync should be ON
and ifv-sync is OFF (the menu is there) in the game setting, it still has v-sync on ingame.

V-sync is only off ingame if it is also off in Nvidia control panel.

If you do that, you can see that G-sync is not working in game ->tears.

This guy's right: by adding "-DLSSFG" as a launch command, we get back the possibility of removing Frame Generation from the game menu and therefore removing Reflex and VSync, while keeping the one on the nvidia control panel enabled.

S/O Zerfyx for the tip
