nerf the freaking bosses

I am a soulslike veteran, I have played damn near every souls like that has come out, 2D, 3D it doesn't matter and holy butts are the bosses unbalanced. Pieta took me ages to beat, because she fights like a mid-level boss, dealing enormous amounts of damage, especially for the first major boss the player faces.

ETA: I am having an easier time now, so I think it was because it had been a long time since I played a new soulslike so I was rusty. That said, I have heard others saying they struggled with it too.

grind out some levels. also the baddies just before her drop some good armor and weapons if you grind them. i got marksmen armor and a two handed sword that catches people on fire from them and a crossbow.

The bosses are amazingly good. I have had no issue. Pieta took me a couple of tries but then on the second time around when I played with my co-op buddy we beat her first try.
You have to learn how to use the tools available to you. You can't always dodge, try blocks and parries. Try soul flays when they stand still. If you mix it up it makes the game super fun and the bosses wont be such a problem.

after i beat her i have been blasting threw bosses on my first try. big sword boys kills boss fast.

I don't know about other bosses yet but I just beat Pieta yesterday and honestly she isn't that hard. It took me a little while (less than 10 tries) but her paterns are seriously not hard to learn if you pay attention, she is easy to parry, and I was able to use a combination of melee and ranged attacks to keep a good dps on her. Really not that hard of a boss overall.

Bosses are easy but you're supposed to use the stagger + deathblow mechanic.
Chipping them with light attacks, especially if you're a dex build is a bad idea.

Honestly the bosses are actually pretty easy compared to other souls considering how strong the defensive options - the parry windows and iframes are both very generous. What is hard about this game is just going around the map. Ganks around every corner, Ranged enemies constantly sniping you across the map, and infinite pointless walking corpse mobs in umbral realm.

Dont be silly she's easy, took me about an hour, on my own, without a spectre and I started as the condemned, people like you need to stop complaining and getting. Games made easy because of your lack of skill, go play something on your skill level and leave the hardcore games for the grown ups

I find the bosses in this game reasonably hard. Not too easy, not too hard, just reasonably hard.
