Offer Remembrance?

This is an option of Molhu's after beating the first major boss (Not Pieta).... What does this option do, exactly?

You trade it to Molhu and he gives you access to unique stuff from that boss, like a spell and armor, or weapons and armor, spell and weapon, etc., etc., and once you give him the Remembrance you buy the individual items you want from him with those weird shrimp things that look like they were plucked straight out of a TOOL music video.

I think my game is bugged because I have her remembrance but I cannot offer it to Molhu, there is no option :(

It's not bugged. There's an item you need to get. Bowl of Somethingorother I forget the full name but it's basically like the transposing kiln from Dark Souls 3 if you ever played that. Once you get that you can then start turning in the remembrances.

ahh ok thank you! I was so confused, do you know how far after that bowl is obtained?

you have to go to the next area from the bell-room vestige and once you go down the ladder past the large caged head enemy, go into the umbral and the statue that holds the item you need will be at the bottom amongst a lot what would appear to be enemies but are technically like husk of the enemies for lack of a better term.

There is one bug.. If u die before u get the Bowl of Somethingorother but the item it's already on the ground, the item vanishes. Then u need to restart in another char to get. I've this trouble in one of my chars.
