And I mean it's oddly hard, I've ran through the Souls games, ER, Bloodborne, Remnants and it feels weird how it's so hard to get into this game
I thin it's just getting used to how the game forces a single dodge pattern for her attack cycles, instead of her flowing from state to state based on your movements.
Also her beam feels dumb when you need to first initiate dash before you can roll.
it took me like 3 tries to switch to parry mode as i figured out the borked sword is classed as a dagger and deals very high critical damage.
after that it took like 5 or 6 tries.
Still getting used to the controls I still try to sprint with the B button and its driving me nuts.
Thats what killed me most of the time. My brain is still on old souls style of running. Dodged too many times accidentally.
Gotta come back to here and thank you for the tip for parrying
I thought that obviously you can't parry a holy ass radiant claymore, seems like you can and parrying is super strong and safe in this game, logged back in and beat her without even going into the void mode lol
