Cannot play online with my friend

When i rest at the Vestige there is log in option instead of multiplayer, then when i try to log in it's says "unable to log in: the game client has been tampered with".

anyone can help me with that please?

Fixed: apparently my windows was insider program version and it doesn't recognize the Easy anti cheat certificate or something like that, so i tried to solve it for hours but i couldn't fix it, anyhow after many tries i give up and just clean install windows and now it work smoothly without any issue

yep i try too the option to invite doesn't even show up in steam overlay

Bruh my game crashed now it’s saying the same thing “cannot accept invite due to tampered game client”
I have never downloaded or even thought of cheating in a game and yet I cannot coop due to the games bugs??

Here's a question nobody has thought to ask.

Are you cheating? I mean if you're using those cheats that are being advertised up the wazoo and you get banned from playing online, I don't feel bad for you.

Me and my buddy just played a few hours on co op and it worked really well. At the vestage he summoned me and we just ran through a bit of it. I haven't ran into any connection issues.

This happens to me every so often, too - usually after being disconnected in co-op. The only solution I've found is closing and restarting the game.

I'm having the same issue. We played for a few hours, took a break and afterwards we were both getting the "unable to log in" message

Seems the servers are having trouble this morning. Haven't had issues until some minutes ago. Log in is suddenly not responsive.

Just ran around and ran back to the lamp, rested and now was able to log in. Probably just the servers having issues and not what I did, but it's working for me again
