Cannot customize character

Hello

I'm having issues where I cannot customize my character. I can get one or two things customized, but then it refuses to let me change ANYTHING. Not hair, not colors--nothing. Obviously a bug, but is it wide-spread? Or maybe there is a short-term fix? Really pissing me off going in and out of character customization and resetting everything...
