With Steam running, wire your dualshock controller to your PC and Steam should detect it. After that you can remove the wire and connect using BT if your PC has BT. I think thats all I did to get BT working.
Also some games to detect dualshock controllers and auto swap the UI. I think Wild Hearts was the latest example I played that did that.
I just adapted to knowing what buttons to use on my DS4 with SH itBOX promts. I really despise Microsoft.
