Game runs good.
Videos has stutter because Unreal Engine 5 doesn't have good video playback. But ingame is one of the smoothest games I've played this year.

Good to know. The video did stutter lol
That video has DLSS off.
Apparently the devs are quickly patching too including optimisations.
Don't have any external capture card to get raw performance. It's near solid 60 if I don't video record.

And when you rise the lamp u have 54 fps. I bet in umbral u have far less then 60.
The game runs much better with all the updates the devs give to us. But still 4k occasionally drops to 50 fps in umbral. And I have 4090.
I personally would not recommend this game to anyone unless you got a powerfull system that can brute force most issues the only cards with "reasonable" performance in 4K are 4080/90 for example and you need to use upscaling anyways especially on 4080 you need to go to balanced dlss. Honestly i've got issues despite having 4080/13600k so enough said.
It's especially jarring when you've played Lies Of P before this, where i get 130fps(rtx4080) in native 4k/ultra and then play this game which has 40fps, don't get me wrong this game is much better looking but not enough to justify 3x lower performance.
Honestly i would even be able to accept the fps numbers because the game seems alright if not for the stuttering issues that's a deal breaker for me, sadly it's a common issue in Unreal Engine 4/5.
I'll probably come back to this in a year and see how it runs then but atm i don't recommend it unless you got top tier system and even then prepare for issues.
