Restart the game.

It has something to do with some patches that were done.

Did you try looking for updates?

Think it is right click on the game name after you exit it.

I verified integrity of cached, I disabled the DLC and relaunched the game, then closed it, re-enabled the DLC and relaunched it, nothing.

You'd have to ask the devs about that. I play on console and got everything.

Just leaving this out here but did u guys try to go "Manage DLC" in the game library? maybe it is not ticked or something and u need to install it seperately?

I'm just going to refund the game. I'd have rebought the regular edition and just unlocked dark crusader the normal way, but then I'd lose out on the pre-order bonus, and if I am going to get less content I just don't want the game at all.

Solution is indeed restarting. With me closing and starting didn't work. So I restarted steam. Didn't work. Restarted my Predator and that did it. Thanks a million everyone. So to be safe I'd recommend restarting the device. It gave me the pre-order content and deluxe edition content.

Restarting the entire PC? That shouldn't affect it anymore then restarting steam, but it's worth a shot.
