Same issue on my side. Tried launching with dx11, and vulkan, and it was saying not supported on this project.

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12core

What are your specs? If the game uses UE5 and nanite, that means you need to have a specific windows version (if you are running windows 10 still) and hardware to support it.
it will give a general DX12 not supported error but thats not all.

What build? If I am correct Only Windows 10 v1909 builds ending .1350, v2004 and v20H2 ending builds .789 or newer (including Windows 11) are supported by the features UE5 uses here. While it can say DX12 as general error there are certain features that are only available under newer windows builds.

Generally speaking:

UE5 needs a specific feature set and Windows version to utilise it.
Like I said above certain Windows 10 build numbers of the 1909 version work with it but if they are using DX12 Ultimate you will need at the very minimum version 2004 of Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Additionally you need a GPU that Supports SM6.6+

They really should give this detailed information in the requirements because this is what you will need for any UE5 games that come out.

But yea, another UE5 game, another clueless dev that didn't post correct minspec, and another bunch of users perplexed that their old Windows is not supported.
