Concerning the 9 new trophies. I can confirm that you can get them all in 1 run.

Ive seen several people posting how they don't want to do 8 new runs with different mods to get all trophies , and most seem to think that it is not possible to get all the 9 new trophies in 1 fresh run. Well it is. I just did it. Just activate "Iron man" and all the other mods when you start "new" game, and be sure to set "vestige decay" mod to max. Go for the "Radiance" ending so you dont have to backtrack too much. Complete the run and all trophies will pop once you kill Adyr.

I can confirm that if you dont put "vestige decay" to max it wont validate the trophies

Wait, didn't the achievements specifically stated 'Tremendous Vestige Decay' in the description, which is the max. I don't see how is that not clear enough.
