Extremely difficult and unbalanced game modifiers, impossible to play new game plus. Impossible Achievements
The difficulty of the game is very high in newgame plus. I put the monsters boost modifier before the nerf and the bosses are extremely strong. Even though it's level 150 it's almost impossible to beat bosses that have 2 stages. My equipment and defenses are very low even wearing heavy armor is not enough to withstand 2 stages of the boss, which has an extremely high health. And it even has Iron man modifiers for non-Iron Man achievements, which is impossible not to die in the game under these conditions.

Edit:

The difficulty system of the game is rubbish because the stronger you get the stronger the monsters are together with you, including the bosses, I did the test creating a new NG0 character and the first monsters you take 30 to 60 damage with daggers you kill the guy with 2 to 3 hits practically, then I entered with my NG1 level 150 character with a two-handed sword, I took 900 damage and the monster held up and didn't die on the first hit and I had to give the second to kill.

And this gets more and more serious, especially in the NG plus in the main bosses that have 2 combat phases, his life gets huge and you die with 2 to 3 hits at most, and to kill them you hit a lot, even the ones with the NPCs helping in the fight they die fast because they are not buffed like the bosses. This makes NGplus unplayable because you will NEVER be stronger than the monsters and bosses. On the contrary, they will be stronger whenever you level up and you are weaker.

The difficulty in this game has to be adjusted, even in the game Sekiro if you play an NG plus you are stronger than the enemies and bosses. In this game it doesn't pay to play NGplus in any way, and even the replay of the game lost its grace due to the immense difficulty and the feeling that you are never strong to face a critical boss of the story, And even the mini-bosses aren't easy to kill, but the main bosses are impossible to pass.

NG+ isn't the right choice for full modifiers run. It's been known for being unbalanced mess way before 1.5 patch dropped.

Right, ng+0 is the way to go for the Iron Mode.. anything else is very difficult (alone), (in coop is different but is still not easy -> ng+1 or higher), unless you are very good at the game.

lol?

Do the test yourself, I with a +10 weapon 900 damage and don't kill the first monster in an early game hit. The same thing happened to a newly created character with his +0 weapon. Look at the damage and health scaling of a level 1 character with a +0 weapon and a level 150 character with a +10 weapon in the first generic monster of the game. I'm not even talking about the boss, look at the damage you get and give. You're never stronger, no matter the level, weapon, or armor.

TIme to practice and Git Gud my friend. I Love doing the new Modifiers in NG+ (even the Lightreaper); gonna do IronMan after my current NG+ run. Honestly if I were Ironman Tancred would have been the one to end my run.. thats saying something. There are enough weps, magic, etc for you to build something functional.. Time for some Introspection!
