Thehk-Ihir is not moving at skyrest after I spoke to him at pale butcher and defeated the hushed saint

Hi all,
I don't understand what I miss in order to move Thehk-Ihir to skyrest, I spoke to him at pale butcher and I defeated the hushed saint.
Can anyone please help me?

Have you reached Calrath yet? I think he moves to Skyrest only after you reach the 1st vestige in the city itself.

yes, I reached lower calrath alehouse, vestige of lydia the numb witch

I don't know if I missed something but after the hushed saint spot he moves to the abbey and then is dead at the emperium.

after the hushed saint he moves to the hamlet vestige, just after the boss area. you cannot miss him since you have to get to this vestige to continue into fritz roy gorge

he'll stay there until you reach lower calrath where he moves to Skybridge. His conversation revolves around the fire ridden city and how he reminds him of an episode in home country. He is stuck in Skybridge until you reach the first vestige in Manse, then he moves to another vestige in Monastery, his last destination

I guess it depends on the order you get to each area.

last time I spoke to him and I'm pretty sure I did full conversation was at hamlet vestige then he vanished and I don't know where he moved

I really need to buy stuff from this guy when he is at skyrest but I don't know where he could be now, any suggestion?

He spawns in several locations, but can skip some if you aren't completing the game in specific order.
1. He's fist location is near the Skyrest on the way to Pilgrim's perch, can't be missed there.
2. The second location is right after vestige of Olleren in Forsaken Fen before Congregator of flesh boss fight, can't be missed there as well.
3. The next location is near the vestige of Pale butcher after Hushed saint boss fight, this one is also unmissable.
4. He appears in Skyrest after you enter Lower Calrath, this one can be missed if you decided to go to any other place before Calrath.
5. He appears right next to vestige of Loash in Fief, can be missed here.
6. Pass of devotion vestige is his next location, can be missed.
7. Abbey of Hallowed sisters, he's around vestige of Rosamund, can't be missed here as it is his final location and he will disappear forever as soon as you enter Empyrean.
So if you do not follow a specific pass through the game you can skip some of his appearences. In order to meet him everywhere, you have to go like this: Pilgrim's perch - Foirsaken fen - Fitzroy's gorge - Lower Calrath - Fief of chill curse - Pass of devotion - Manse of Hallowed brothers - Abbey of Hallowed sisters.

I'm lost between point 3 and 4. I spoke to him at vestige of pale butcher but he didn't appear at skyrest after I entered lower calrath. According to your note I activated another vestige not sure if I did it before to move to lower calrath, the name of the vestige is memorial.
I'm wondering if it's because of this

Yes, that's exactly what happened. Now your only chance is to meet him at the Abbey. Everything else has been skipped.

7. should be manse and then 8. is abbey
its listed there its just missing in the numbered list
