Eye of Vengeance use
Does the eye of vengeance cause red lanterns to appear more frequently? And, if it does, is there an efficient way of using it, and a good area to use it in?

it does yes. castle would be a good place:)

Any particular spot in the castle to do? cause i'll probably just use my radiance build for farming the red lanterns

try at the castle vestige from which is easy to get to many nasty mobs (ruiners and reapers) that can kill players
