Skyrest bridge key vanished

Been playing shared progression , we got the skyrest bridge key like a day ago, friend logged off for the night, found another door requiring the skyrest bridge key and the key is just missing from my inventory, door says it still requires a key.

I dont understand how bugs like this are even possible , if the game thinks I dont have the key why cant I go back and get it again ? the soulflay spot is blank because we already got it and looted it.

any ideas on how I can unbreak my game and get the door open?

I lost all of the keys in the game yesterday. When my friend comes back on later in the week we're hoping he has them or we're soft locked. These bugs are indeed crazy.
