Its happend boys. Cringe reddit mods BAN freedom of speach and do "purge". They call CEO a FASCIST, but in the same time, they act like FASCIST. They ban ussers which dont agree with this change. They Ban TWITTER but SUPPORT BLUESKY.
This is the most cringe thing ever happend on Reddit of this game.

A similar situation happened with the lies of p subreddit a while back, but instead of it being a result of the ceo's tweets, it was people calling out his mod abuse, which ended up with the mod kicking out the other mods.

Companies can't even make their 'own reddit', with not-left wing mods, as the haters will brigade it with hate speech as a means to get higher powers to step in (banks and payment processors) and shut it down so that only reddit exists. Same deal with discord.

The good news is people are just posting less there and more on alternatives, thankfully Steam forums can sometimes be chill, depending on the game. It can turn into reddit like on Veilguard and Dragon Quest 3 forum moderation. Even gamefaqs lets people speak their mind more than reddit. Reddit, to compensate for losses has bots and brigades the like system to give the illusion of a bigger commuity than reality. Game positive posts and memes are boosted in likes and views artificially. Anything critical or complained about gets dog-piled. It's a bad system for honest discussion, but that's by design.

A similar aspect to all of this is a game can be not-left-wing, but have biased ownership who get to control who becomes 'community managers' so you end up with Helldivers 2 situations where the dev is ok, but everything surrounding the game is woke. And the community and mods clash.
