Looking for a Trade

Hi All, Firstly, I'm on my first run through with the game & getting towards the late stages. I have an inferno build & thoroughly enjoying the game however, I've made a significant error that will prevent me from optimising my build as I have accidentally sold the Noblewoman Gear Set which I need to purchase the Manastone Ring from the Tortured Prisoner. So my first question is, is it possible to trade with other players in the game? My second question naturally is, are there any players that would be willing to trade either the Noblewoman Gear Set or the Manastone Ring. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Martyn.
