If you meant what scaling he is using, no idea, probably quality.
Ray Reconstruction would be awesome with performance, more fps, but pretty close to DLAA in terms of image quality, Star Wars Outlaws and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 being examples of that.
So yes, 165fps sounds like 720p
Performance mode looks really good at 4k output. Used to run with 65% TSR resolution scaling.
Better image quality and better performance with tansformer model preset K at performance setting(1080p).
on a 4090 and i9 13900KF
after sorting a few things out on my mobo settings all is well again (it was boosting to 100C pretty much instantly once the fps were higher)
