It did a few times on my first start-ups of the game, then it was loading just some 8000 shaders but way faster and now it loads very fast and not even showing how many shaders. so I guess it gets faster with time depending on how many times you load? I dont know, all I know is it got better with time and all I did was load the game over and over.

I only notice shaders compiling 1st launch after patch. All other launches after that are instant.

This is supposedly related to the amount of space saved for shader cache on your machine. It's not the game. This happens to me in a few games, and yes it's annoying, but no I'm not making the cache size larger. I plan to upgrade the PC soon so hopefully that helps.
