I dont know if I screwed some quest bosses

As the title says, I dont know if I did not managed to softlock myself.
(because if I softlocked something I can just try to play again on new NG or NG+ to try to follow an order of bosses or maybe try to follow some guide for the NPC quests but I am tryinig to not follow any guide neither have much spoilers)

There are no NPCs on Skyrest aside from the blacksmith (despite I gave the thing to the other guy he still vanished and the blacksmith risen the prices), Pieta and the guy that still asking me for a book, everyone else vanished.

Dont know if it has to do with me not cleansing any beacon but also I did some bosses out of the order that show on the list (Harrower Dervla And The Unbroken Promise I did after Hollow Crow. I also did Judge Cleric, the Radiant Sentinel before Sundered Monarch, hope it dont softlock anything)

I have defeated Pieta, Congregator of Flesh, The Hushed Saint, Spurned Progeny, Harrower Dervla And The Unbroken Promise, Hollow Crow, Tancred, Light Reaper, Sundered Monarch, Judge Cleric Radiant Sentinel...

But now I see nowhere to go, I did not cleanse any beacons, have the option to give Adyr the rune but I dont know if I needed the NPCs for 2 bosses that still not showing up on my list:

So ... I just wanted to know if I just have to search better through all areas or if I am to just give the rune to Adyr and move on (also because I already wandered a lot through all other areas and through the later areas of Bramis Castle and Empyrean)

And .. my game is in portuguese (BR) and I tried to find an option to change to English but could not find it ingame.
