Controller suddenly messed up in menus

I've been playing with a ps5 controller and it was working fine for hours yesterday but then I restarted my game or it crashed (dont remember) and now its all messed up in the menus. Its as if Im hovering over two things at once and I cant click anything so whenever I need to go in my inventory or anything menu related im forced to switch to my mouse which is obviously pretty annoying. Any fix?

I've tried enabling/disabling steam input which didnt help.
