How to free tortured prisoner woman?
I free'd her in my first playthrough, I'm now on NG+0 but for some reason I can't free her anymore? I know I need that item "Searing Accusation". But that didn't drop for me for some reason. I'm completely confused. Does this questline work only on new characters?
