Unreal Engine 5 - Stuttering (intel)

I was having several problems with the game, when I rotated the camera my FPS dropped from 80 to 20-30 FPS, it became unplayable and I tried several ways to solve this problem, I consulted topics, videos and nothing worked... I have an intel i5 13600kf, I was using BIOS F19, I updated the bios to F21 and surprisingly the game worked perfectly, another game in unreal engine 5 in the case of demonologist I was having some freezes and after the BIOS update these freezes stopped, I believe that all unreal engine 5 games will work better after this update. I don't know if this will be useful to anyone, but in my case it solved it.
