I'm PRETTY sure that's how that works- but it's not like its explicitly stated anywhere. Wiki just goes into the basics and doesn't talk about offhand daggers.
as for the rest: yeah I know it slows me down, but still, this can't be right lol. surely two +10 weapons should do more damage than just 1 weapon with a shield, right? is this an oversight?
yes the hits themselves are stronger when dual wielding, but by the time I swing 1 hit with dual wield, I would have gotten already 3+ hits when using just 1 sword. do you know what I mean?
also I still don't know whether main/off hand matters. both weapons are strong AF and +10, does it matter in which hand I put pieta's sword? main or off hand?
is there a difference in damage depending on in which hand I put these weapons?

Man I really wish they would add a training dummy in skyrest or something. something where we can test all of this stuff. I wanna see if holy damage runes/rings are worth it for example. and I finally wanna test the dual wielding thing I was talking about
