actions doesnt trigger consistently ( keyboard + mouse )

sometimes character doesnt run as instantly as expected, or doesnt run at all i have to re-press shifr button while walking forward, sometimes umbral lamp doesnt siphon as soon as appropriate buttons are pressed, and I have to re-press lefto mouse button to siphon. it applies bot to mouse inputs, as well as keyboard inputs. devs please look into that. these actions are conseistenly... inconsistent. it seem to apply to button combinations ( such as run or siphon ). this seem to originate from game as I only experience such behavior with this particular game.
