This is actually really good
So, I'm aware that some people with high-end hardware have some stuttering issues and I hope that they'll get them resolved sooner rather than later.
However I do have a pretty good experience (for an Unreal Engine 5 game) overall with a 5800X3D/RX 9070 XT.

With that out of the way - after about 16hrs in I'm absolutely loving this. Not quite as much as Elden Ring but actually quite a bit more than the original Dark Souls. Very intricate Levels with lots to explore, pretty sharp looking graphics, smooth combat with just the right amount of challenge after you get past the first couple of hours.
I'm also on board with the Umbral Realm mechanics - it's just fun to figure things out and having to weigh the pros and cons of going into the Umbral Realm at certain points.
Only thing I don't like about it atm are the goofy physics when breaking stuff. That should be toned down a bit.

At first I thought it would be roughly on the quality level of a Code Vein or the recently released AI Limit but this is actually far above those. Atm probably my third favorite Souls Like just after Elden Ring and Black Myth Wukong (if you wanna count that) - I actually can't tear myself away from it.
Pretty neat, so keep on keeping on CI Games (and try to get those guys with the stuttering issues sorted out if you can)

Yeah this is really good. Some aspects as good or better then Elden Ring.
People that are stuttering with high-end hardware need to turn off reBAR for this game. I have a 5090 and hard horrible stuttering until I used NPI to turn it off. The game runs incredibly smooth now. ReBar is on by default for some reason even though it runs like ♥♥♥♥.

yeah, right there with you, really glad I waited out until 2.0 - having an absolute blast, and pvp is a lot better than in any souls game (except maybe DS2)
really hope there's more to come for this franchise, love the gritty and dark tone.
It is pretty good now. It is... now. Haha now you are spared from the release version.
