Missing game

My game disappeared. I own deluxe edition and bought it like year ago, after 2.0 I played with a friend multiple times. Few days ago after some update, my game says I only own friend pass and have to buy the full game. In store i says I own all dlcs but seems like not the main game. I contacted support but its been days and still no answer. Does anyone know if there is anyway to fix it or is the only way to wait and hope for a response?

I have a similar issue, cannot connect to online services at all.

same, i put 50 hrs in the game when it first came out, just redownloaded it and after the tutorial its making me buy the game again. seen someone said to go to remove game from account, and remove the friend pass thing attached but i dont even have that on my game so idk wtf is going on
