March 1st patch

So I bought the full game with 35 dollars, even thought I have "full entitlement" I don't know if it means the full game, after the patch it's telling me I'm playing on a friend's pass and won't let me play my save saying "full game saves aren't available in friend's pass". Anyone else got this?
