Can you fix the rune tablet bug that locks you from socketing runes for the entire run?!?

Somehow this hasn't been fixed and i'm looking at posts made years ago about it.

You get the last tablet, the NPC says "you have to give them in the right order" and that's the end of it.
I can't interact with Sparky anyway, i checked if i gave her the other two tablets (i did) and i can't fix it in any way on my own.
But thankfully we have EAC which prevents me from giving myself items i lost due to bugs... And PvP is ass anyway
