Should I create new save in 2.0 version

Hey,
I have simple question, do you think it's better to create new save if I played my old one less then 1 years ago and I only get to the half of game? Or version 2.0 didn't change much in the start of game so it have no sense for me to start from begin. I remember a lot form my first playthroug and that's why I'm consider still playing my main save.

I would create a new character anyway, whether its "recommended" or not. Simply because after such a long time I would have forgotten most map layouts and things I was doing lol.

but if you think you remember the important parts then I guess it should be ok to continue
