Can you get more than a single one, or is it something you do once and then always side with Sparky?

Its tagged as a unique item which means - just like all other unique items - if you would get a 2nd instance of that item, it'll turn into something else like that potion that removes all status effects. The rune is always the same but eg the Stick? It can sometimes be a good idea to discard a +0 if you have the auto upgrade modifier to get a free +10
