"You have been kicked" ok. why?

Oi lads.

been playing this game for a bit now and over the past few days i occasionally queued up to join random players games for some jolly cooperatrion.

i dont have the exact number but roughly 8/10 games im being booted the moment i spawn in by the host.
not a connection issue, the host looks at me, goes to the Vestige and boots me.
i have no idea why. i have multiple different characters with varying degrees of gear . none should look too end-gamey or too much like a starter character, especially since i play with randomized loot.

so i wonder, those of you who boot people right after they join: why? are you looking for something specific? are you trying to get coop with your friends working but dont know how to set up passwords? i really dont understand it. curious to hear what might be the reason for you folks so i cna understand better whats going on.

This, or people trying to play with a specific friend.

If you don't think the problem is you, it probably isn't. Don't read too much into it.

Someone invited friend but forgot to set password.

The most likely scenarios are they are trying to play with a friend and just forgot to put a password on, they don't like the look of your build and want a specific build for the specific boss/area they're doing

I've only ever been booted after defeating a boss and I presume that's because they want to try and do the next area alone before using summons.
